The Ashton at the Greens, a Sonida Senior Living community in St. Augustine, FL, is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and support daily front-desk operations.

You will coordinate mail, assist with scheduling, and work as part of a compassionate team delivering quality resident care. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.

• Greet and direct visitors to the community.

Shift Options

• 3pm to 7pm Monday through Friday (Full Time)
• 1pm to 7pm Saturday and Sunday (Part Time)

Receptionist Responsibilities Include

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
