InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Concierge to deliver iconic guest experiences. You will be the primary source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area, helping guests plan their stay.

The role features a mid-shift schedule (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM), four weekdays and one weekend day, with opportunities to build relationships with local restaurants and attractions, and to WOW guests through proactive service.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
