Job summary

Clarendale of Addison is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors on a daily basis. You will be the first face guests see when visiting our community, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires strong telephone communication, organization, and the ability to handle package deliveries, maintenance requests, and office support tasks. This is a part-time evening shifts position with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to ensure service quality.
• Accept and log delivery packages; notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

Every other weekend 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Clarendale of Addisonis recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
