Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville, TN is seeking a hospitality focused part-time Concierge to welcome residents, guests and vendors with warmth and professionalism.

The role is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3pm to 11pm and provides an opportunity to be the first face visitors meet each day. The position requires a GED or high school diploma and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Junior or senior in high school or college students may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and others in a warm, professional manner.
• Accept and log delivery packages and notify recipients.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

Clarendale at Bellevue Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused part time Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Part time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3p-11p

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Will consider Jr or Sr in high school or college students
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills

Pay range $15/hr to $17/hr pending experience
