Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville is seeking a hospitality-focused part-time Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. The role includes handling phone coverage, receiving packages, and supporting staff in daily operations.

The schedule is Monday to Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with pay starting at $17 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required; juniors or seniors are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong telephone skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while meeting organizational objectives and ensuring service to individuals.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify the resident.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Clarendale at Bellevue Placeis recruiting for a hospitality focused part time Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Part time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3p-8p

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
