Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Concessions Supervisor to lead a team at TD Garden in Boston, MA. The role focuses on guest service, quality assurance, and smooth shift operations during events.

The pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Prior supervisory or food service experience is preferred; no college degree is required.

Formación

• Cash handling or cashier experience required.
• Experience as stand attendant or other food service worker preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and prepare stand reports after each event.
• No college degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance
• Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standards
• Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary
• Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies
• Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise
