Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Pocono Manor, PA, is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support daily quick-service operations, manage labor, run the floor, train staff, and handle inventory. This hourly role partners with leadership to drive guest satisfaction and uphold standards across outlets.

As part of our team, you’ll coach associates, ensure top guest experiences, and embody our Promise to Lead with Love while delivering memorable moments in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervising/management experience within a QSR/Fast Food setting.
• RAMP (Responsible alcohol management program) training and certification is required.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the concession venue’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
