Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to assist the leadership team in daily quick service concessions operations. Responsibilities include labor management, floor leadership, training, inventory ordering and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervising/management experience within a QSR/Fast Food setting.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Operating knowledge of food management systems.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to venue standards.
• Understand policies and training for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort.
• Achieve objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through training.
• Coach and train staff in managerial and professional development.
• Prepare all required paperwork and schedules in an organized manner.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a C oncessions Supervisor . In this role, you willbe responsible forassistingthe leadership team in daily quick service/concessions operations. This can include labor management, running the floor, training, ordering inventory, and inventory management . As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the concession venue’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner

What We’re Looking For
