Job summary

CRVA is seeking a Manager, Concessions at Bojangles Entertainment Complex in Charlotte, NC to oversee concessions stands, carts, and related functions. You will manage labor, budgeting, vendor relationships, and training to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include ensuring sanitation, safety, cash handling, inventory control, and event-driven operations while maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of people management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor cost, menu development, equipment cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Chefs to develop concepts and drive revenue.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in line with regulations.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy across the department.
• Schedule, train, and supervise Concessions staff.
• Prepare payroll records for staff.
• Identify marketing opportunities to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory levels for events with warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with NC ABC regulations.
• Lead a high-performing, guest-focused team.
• Utilize POS technology to enhance service.
