Job summary

Levy at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to lead multiple stands and elevate the guest experience. You will partner with concessions leadership to ensure a safe, sanitary work environment and provide teams with clear direction and tools to perform their duties.

Responsibilities include understanding menu offerings, presentation and pricing, inventory control, food safety, and smooth operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with concessions leadership to enhance the guest/fan experience while providing a safe and sanitary work environment for team members
• Oversee the operations of multiple concession stands; while providing direction and the tools to team members so they can perform their job duties accordingly
• Acts as a guest/fan ambassador and addresses guest/fan feedback accordingly
• Supports internal and external Levy departments/locations as needed
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
• Follows proper food safety/sanitation guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
