Job summary

CRVA is seeking a Manager of Facility Maintenance for the Bojangles Entertainment Complex in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees all building maintenance, event operations, and system management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.

You will supervise the maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across daily activities and major projects, with flexible hours based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of specialized schooling and five to six years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; management experience in facilities maintenance is ideal.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control for facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and event support for Bojangles Entertainment Complex.
• Supervise Facility Maintenance Team and assign duties per work orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality assurance across all systems.
• Manage budgets for capital projects and maintenance activities.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with event management.
• Maintain ice rink operations and ensure readiness for games and events.
