Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Job Summary

As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver excellent guest experiences through quality food service and operational excellence. You should be an experienced leader focused on people management and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all stations are prepared for events.
  2. Support recruitment and training of team members.
  3. Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed.
  4. Collaborate to improve operational performance.
  5. Engage proactively in loss prevention processes.
  6. Support concessions and premium departments as needed.
  7. Maintain point of sale systems and conduct regular checks.
  8. Implement and communicate promotions timely.
  9. Manage loss prevention activities, including cash handling and variance logs.
  10. Coordinate with other departments for requisition accuracy.
  11. Update concessions theoretical matrix with culinary and purchasing teams.
  12. Track and manage gratis (comped) items.
  13. Ensure compliance with Payment Card Information security rules.
  14. Implement production sheets to minimize waste.
  15. Conduct coaching sessions with team members.
  16. Complete monthly beverage wastage reports.
  17. Perform equipment maintenance, e.g., beer line cleaning.
  18. Restock concessions and bars to maximize readiness.
  19. Ensure alcohol service signage and responsible service protocols are followed.
  20. Log and address alcohol-related incidents.
  21. Support recruitment and development activities for team members and future leaders.
  22. Oversee service standards during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  23. Complete end-of-month inventory and manage product transfers.
  24. Handle guest complaints effectively.
  25. Manage team incidents and accidents, following reporting procedures.
  26. Conduct safety inspections and safety training monthly.
  27. Manage team scheduling based on demand forecasts.
  28. Verify payroll and gratuities.
  29. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper paperwork and training.
  30. Conduct building walk-throughs during events.
  31. Support other properties and departments as needed.
  32. Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of fine dining management experience required.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
