Job Summary

The Concessions Bartender prepares and serves beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to liquor laws and regulations, including serving alcohol responsibly and checking IDs.
2. Set up the bar, stock all necessary supplies, and maintain product quality.
3. Greet guests courteously and take drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks per recipes.
4. Monitor guest intoxication and act accordingly; ensure responsible service.
5. Handle cash, verify charges, and process payments accurately.
6. Secure all beverages, cash, and equipment after shifts.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
8. Arrange bottles and glasses attractively and sterilize stemware.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
