Proof of the Pudding, a chef-led hospitality company, seeks a Concessions Manager at RoughRiders Stadium in Frisco, TX. Lead the concessions team, coordinate day-to-day planning and event-day execution, and oversee third-party partners.

The ideal candidate has event and concessions operations experience and is a hands-on leader focused on team development. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and onsite meals.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and possess great communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and following all safety protocols.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be highly organized.
• Must be proactive and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and effectively managing day-to-day duties to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly from start to finish.
• Responsible for communication between Proof of the Pudding and the client. Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries from the center. Responsible for nurturing this relationship.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues; and maintaining security systems.
• Supports venue financial objectives by tracking budget and expenditures and flagging variances.
• Organizing frequent meetings and open lines of communication with sales, operations, concessions, and culinary team in preparation for each event.
• Sets staff expectations for uniform, customer service, and workplace culture standards
• Attending and executing each event to ensure that it runs smoothly from the set-up to the break-down.
• Provides support for special off-site events as needed
