RS3 Strategic Hospitality powered by Proof of the Pudding seeks Stand Leads for the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, TX. This seasonal/part-time position supports events with fast-paced service and teamwork across concession stands.

You will supervise staff, ensure proper food handling and sanitation, and manage inventories and cash as part of game-day operations.

Qualifications

• Lead pre- and post-shift meetings and manage scheduling for events.
• Ensure food safety compliance and local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel in one or more concession stands.
• Ensure hot food stays hot and cold beverages stay cold; monitor speed of service.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain sanitization practices.
• Complete inventory counts, input/update inventory, and cash handling duties.
• Run food on game-days and participate in monthly inventories.

Proof of the Pudding serves professional and collegiate sports venues, convention centers, cultural institutions, and large-scale destination events across the United States and Internationally.Job DescriptionWe are seeking Stand Leads at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center located in Allen..This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by events.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to work with new team members week-to-week to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Manage the personnel in one or multiple concession stands ensuring hot food is hot, cold beverage is cold, and speed of service.Delegate tasks in an upbeat and courteous manner.Following up with team members and coaching them on-the-job while understanding there is not a one-size-fits-all method.Perform pre and post shift meetings and manage the team of staff that is scheduled to run each event.Oversee food preparation at the concession stand while practicing and abiding by local and state food safety laws.Ensuring the completion of cleaning & sanitizing checklists, time-temperature logs, inventory counts, cash management, and other functions.Assisting in post-event tasks including inputting and updating inventory.Executing monthly inventories.Running food on game-days.Performs other related duties as required.
