Levy Restaurants is seeking a Concessions Lead Supervisor for CarMax Park to guide guest interactions and run the concession operation with a focus on safety, service, and efficiency. You will manage staff, oversee inventory, and ensure the menu is delivered accurately and promptly.

The role requires coordinating with directors pre-event, supervising during events, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while maintaining a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and respond to guest questions and needs at the assigned concession stand, bar, or portable carts.
• Lead and organize operations to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere at the location.
• Ensure understanding of the menu and timely delivery of food.
• Strictly follow food safety guidelines and oversee setup/breakdown.
• Meet with directors before events; supervise staff during check-ins and breakdown.
• Assist with inventory and product management, record inventory accurately.
• Display and merchandise products appropriately and upsell where possible.
• Support concessions outreach and volunteers during events and assist with food prep when needed.
