Compass Group USA is hiring a Concessions Lead Supervisor for CarMax Park. The role directs concessions operations, supervises staff, and ensures safe, timely food delivery while maintaining clean service areas and effective inventory control.

Qualifications

• Direct and respond to guest questions and needs.
• Lead and organize operations at concession stand, bar or carts.
• Understand menu content and ensure timely delivery of food.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Meet with directors before events to review details.
• Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdown for the zone.
• Assist with inventory and product management for the stand.
• Record inventory before, during and after events and monthly.
• Ensure products are displayed and merchandised properly.
• Support concessions non-profit organizations and volunteers.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices throughout the event.
• Stand for long periods and engage with guests.
