Job summary

Levy Sector at American Airlines Center is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Concessions Supervisor to lead daily concession operations during sports, concerts, and premier entertainment events. You will supervise multiple stands, support team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety and cash handling policies.

This role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality, with ServSafe and TABC certifications, and a strong client-service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• 1+ year in food and beverage, hospitality, or concession.
• ServSafe and TABC certifications or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily concession stand operations.
• Lead and coach concession team during events.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond to questions.
• Ensure understanding of menu, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor inventory, product quality, and equipment.
• Enforce cash handling, food safety, and workplace policies.
• Assist with opening/closing and scheduling during peak times.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
