Levy Restaurants at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, event-based part-time Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. This role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring guest service excellence and compliance with safety standards.

The position requires 1 year of supervisory experience, strong customer service, and valid food safety certifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
1 year of F&B, hotel/hospitality, club or full-service restaurant experience.
Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants and other front/back-of-house team members.
Ensure food and beverages are served safely and to quality standards.
Monitor staff performance and HACCP compliance.
Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety procedures.
Oversee opening/closing responsibilities and station cleanliness.
Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
Resolve guest concerns professionally to create an exceptional suite experience.
