Job summary

Legends Hospitality is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations at our venue. You will assist in staffing, training, and supervising event staff while ensuring safe service of alcohol, high-quality food, and strict inventory controls across busy events.

Applicants must be 18+, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and work flexible venue hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and training of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible alcohol service and safety compliance.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Audit inventory and perform reconciliations.
