Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality at venues. You will train and manage event staff, oversee high-volume food and beverage inventory, and enforce service and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and English fluency. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and availability for extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management skills.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work in an open-air environment in all weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and stairs/ramps.
• Willing to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have mobility for production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality.
• Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
