Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. You will train staff, directly manage event teams, and ensure high-volume beverage and food operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, service standards, and inventory control, requiring strong organization, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied venue events, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent organization with strong time management.
• Able to work in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move items as needed.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Enforce safe service of alcohol and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet company service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and perform reconciliations.
