Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
• Maintain high-volume food & beverage inventory control.
• Enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
