Job summary

Legends Hospitality is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. You will train event staff, manage day-of staff, and ensure strict adherence to service and safety standards across high-volume food and beverage operations.

The role requires leadership on event days, strict safety practices, and the ability to work in an open-air venue under varying weather conditions. Fluency in English and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with elevated time management skills.
• Must meet state health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and ascend/descend stairs or ramps.
• Must be available for all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol beverage service and ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
