Levy is hiring a General Manager of Concessions at the University of Kentucky to lead the concessions team, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial results. The role focuses on operations leadership, team development, and adherence to brand standards during events.

You will oversee revenue and cost controls, coordinate with culinary and purchasing teams, and ensure Safe Food and Alcohol practices are followed across venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a food and beverage operations role; concessions experience preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
• Experience managing high-volume operations.
• Knowledge of inventory, labor, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all concessions operations.
