Levy at Churchill Downs seeks a Director of Concessions to lead our high-volume concessions operations, overseeing food and beverage service, budgeting, and guest satisfaction strategies that maximize revenue and guest delight. This role partners with venue leadership to implement innovative operational plans across a premier sports and entertainment site.

The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale concessions, strong financial oversight, inventory control, and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive food and beverage or concessions experience
• Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS/reporting systems
