Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a General Manager of Concessions for The Forum in Inglewood, CA. You will lead all concessions operations, drive guest experiences, and oversee large-scale event execution while achieving financial and cultural goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 5+ years of senior-level concessions leadership, with hands-on oversight of budgeting, P&L, and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of senior-level food & beverage or concessions leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-unit operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all concessions operations across the venue.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Direct hiring, training, and development of management teams.
• Execute operational plans for large-scale events.
• Monitor inventory controls and cost management practices.
• Collaborate with venue partners and corporate leadership.
• Maintain Levy standards of service and hospitality.
