Our Concession Supervisors will ensure that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising concession staff while supporting the concession operations at all points of sale.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to concession leads and monitor concession staff as they provide a variety of pre-made, fresh-to-order snacks, beverages, and entrée items.
• Provide hands-on supervision of assigned locations within the stadium levels, decks, and concourses to observe service quality.
• Ensure guests receive an exceptional level of service by assisting at points of sale at retail food and beverage stands and kiosks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety within each stand location.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age 19+
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.
• Availability to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
