Job Title: Concession Supervisor

Our Concession Supervisors will ensure guests receive exceptional service by supervising concession staff and supporting operations at all points of sale.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to concession leads, monitoring staff providing pre-made, fresh-to-order snacks, beverages, and entrée items.
• Supervise assigned locations within stadium levels, decks, and concourses, observing service quality.
• Assist guests at points of sale in retail food and beverage stands and kiosks to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety at each stand location.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age 19 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
