Compass Group USA is hiring a Concession Stand Worker for UW–Madison events. You will handle sales, provide friendly service, and ensure food and beverage quality while maintaining sanitation during high-energy game days.

Responsibilities include food prep, stocking, inventory control, and alcohol service following safety guidelines. Position supports UW football games and Kohl Center events, with competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe and Food Handler certifications if not certified.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
• Ability to lift 25–45 pounds for stocking and setup.
• Available to work UW–Madison football games and Kohl Center events.

Summary: Join our team as a Concession Stand Workerand help create an outstanding game-day experience for fans atUW–Madison Badger sporting events. In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you will provide excellent customer service, process transactions, prepare food and beverages, and uphold strict sanitation and safety standards—all while contributing to a fun and energetic atmosphere. Anticipated start date: as soon as possible!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactionsefficiently and accurately, ensuring all purchases are properly recorded in the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver friendly,professional customer serviceand address questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and serve food and beveragesin accordance with quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Restock food, beverages, and condimentsas needed while maintaining a clean, organized concession stand.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including ServSafe and alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventorylevels and follow established inventory control procedures throughout events.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient event operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to obtain Responsible Alcohol ServSafe certification & Food Handler's ServSafeif not currently certified.
• Ability to stand for extended periodsduring events.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–45 poundsfor stocking and setup.
• Must beavailable to work all UW–Madison football games and the majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena.
