Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Stand Lead to oversee daily food service operations, including inventory, customer service, and safety compliance. You will guide staff, ensure recipes are followed, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

The role requires prior supervisory and food service experience, with the ability to obtain a food safety certification and manage stock levels. Weekend/evening availability is often needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required.
• Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team and supervises task completion.
• Trains staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares items per standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food per safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up workstations, prep tables, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
• Replenishes food items and maintains appropriate stock levels.
• Enforces alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Maintains excellent guest service and friendly demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Adheres to safety policies and ensures asset security.
