Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Stand Lead to oversee daily food service operations, including inventory, food preparation, and sanitation procedures, while delivering excellent guest service and ensuring safety standards. The role requires prior supervisory experience in food service, ability to train staff, manage breaks and workloads, and adherence to safety policies.

Flexibility for weekends and evenings may be needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a food service setting is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Basic inventory management knowledge is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in guest satisfaction and service.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to the food service team and supervises task completion.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Properly stores food following safety policies.
• Sets up workstations (prep tables, counters, hot wells, steam tables).
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations after use.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items to maintain stock levels.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs as required.
• Maintains a positive customer service demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
