Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Must have food service experience.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and inventory management experience.
• Willing to adapt to new procedures and accept feedback.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work and supervises a food service team.
• Trains staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items per standardized recipes.
• Stores food following safety policies.
• Sets up workstations with prep tables, counters, and equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment.
• Serves food while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock levels.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Maintains professional, customer-focused demeanor with guests and coworkers.
