Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise preparation and service of food/beverage to patrons.
• Operate and maintain the Food & Beverage stand per Health Code and policies.
• Ensure staff check I.D. and uphold one beer limit as directed.
• Ensure proper food portions and temperatures are served.
• Oversee handling of money, tips, and deposits; provide change when needed.
• Report employee discipline problems to F&B Manager.
• Train staff on proper cleanup procedures.
• Inspect stand for cleanliness and proper labeling before dismissal.
• Retain at least 2 staff members for inspection by the F&B Manager.
• Count items at start, count out at end; record on paperwork.
• Check requisitioned items; record during events.
• Maintain spoilage bucket and record spoilage; submit items.
• Submit sales reports with bank and deposits.
• Submit requisitions for next event with sales report.
• Report items needing repair or replacement.
