Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to manage assigned concession stands at events. You will train personnel, supervise daily operations, and ensure efficient, compliant service throughout events, reporting to the Concessions Supervisor.

The position requires prior food service experience and fluency in English, with union membership as a condition of employment. Compensation is $24.00 per hour with varied event hours.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Experience as stand attendant/food service worker preferred.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to meet service standards.
• Able to operate a POS system in a non-cash venue and multitask in a fast-paced team setting.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must meet health requirements for food handlers/ServSafe and RBS certificates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of stand workers.
• Assign duties within the stand and monitor performance.
• Assist with stand setup and closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock levels at workstations and storerooms.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and inventory records.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies and monthly banking/transfer accuracy.
