Legends Global is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead concessions staff, oversee event operations, and ensure compliance with health and liquor laws. The role emphasizes accurate stock control, POS system readiness, and client relationship management across live events.

The ideal candidate has management experience in food and beverage, serves safe certification, and strong communication skills, with Excel proficiency and an eye for detail.

Formación

• Must have attention to detail.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
• Must complete Alcohol TEAM Compliance Training.
• Must have two years of management experience in food and beverage.

Responsabilidades

• Train, schedule, and supervise concessions food and beverage staff.
• Assist in settling concessions event paperwork per event.
• Maintains correct stock levels utilizing prior sales history.
• Assist supervisor with day-to-day operations.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
• Works with other supervisors on distribution of all products to stands and bars.
• Ensure all POS systems are in proper working condition prior to the event.
• Ability to operate and finalize events in Quest POS system.
• Accurately reviews quality product before serving to customer.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
