Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to oversee the operation of assigned concession stands at events. You will train staff, supervise stand workers, and ensure all transactions comply with standards. You will also manage setup/teardown, inventory, and paperwork while maintaining a clean, safe concession area.

This role requires English fluency, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an open-air venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in stand attendance or food service.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure service standards.
• Able to handle cash and inventory efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Able to work in an open-air environment in all climates.
• Ability to lift/carry 10–30 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Willing to work all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers and assigns duties within the stand.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with supervisor or management.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps work stations and storerooms clean and stocked; orders stock as needed.
• Completes required paperwork accurately.
• Investigates discrepancies in cash and inventory.
• Ensures accuracy of location bank and inventory during events.
• Maintains a clean, professional appearance of the concession location.
• Assist with closing tasks and stock organization for the next event.
• Follows safety policies and completes training; reports incidents in the risk management system.
