Responsabilités

• Supervise preparation and service of food/beverage to patrons.
• Operate and maintain the Food & Beverage stand in compliance with Health Code and event center policies.
• Ensure all employees check I.D. and follow liquor limits as directed by F&B Manager.
• Ensure proper portions and serving temperatures of food.
• Oversee cash handling, tips, and paperwork.
• Train staff on proper cleanup procedures and cleanliness checks.
• Inspect stand for cleanliness, labeling, and proper storage.
• Maintain spoilage logs and report damaged items.
• Record requisitions and sales with accurate paperwork.
