Job summary

Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a capable Food & Beverage Stand Supervisor to oversee service at events in Michigan. You will supervise preparation and serving, ensure compliance with health codes, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring I.D. checks, managing tips and payments, and reporting issues to the F&B Manager while delivering friendly, efficient guest service during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preparation and service of food/beverage to patrons.
• Operate and maintain the Food & Beverage stand in compliance with Health Code and Event Center policies.
• Train all staff on proper clean-up procedures and safety.
• Submit sales reports and deposits; manage cash and tips.
