Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Stand Supervisor to oversee event service at our on-site venues in the United States. You will supervise preparation and service to patrons, ensure food safety, manage cash handling, and coordinate staff during shifts and events.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring compliance with Health

Responsabilités

• Supervise preparation and service of food/beverage to patrons in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate and maintain the Food & Beverage stand in compliance with the Health Code and Event Center policies.
• Ensure staff check I.D., assuring compliance with one beer limit as directed by the F&B Manager.
• Ensure proper food portions and serving temperatures by all employees.
• Oversee cash handling, tips and deposits and provide change when needed.
• Train staff on proper cleanup procedures and cleanliness checks.
