Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in New York City is hiring a Ticket Sales Associate to deliver friendly, accurate service during ticket purchases, exchanges and refunds, while keeping guests informed about events and discounts.

You will operate the ticketing system, balance sales with revenue, assist with will-call and group orders, and contribute to special projects. The ideal candidate is hospitality-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling money in a fast-paced venue

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct ticket sales, exchanges & refunds.
• Remain current in ticket system operations.
• Remain familiar with events on sale and discounts.
• Balance sales activity and revenue on a regular basis.
• Assist in distribution of will call orders to customers.
• Support in counting money and preparing bank deposits and end of day reports.
• Aid in processing of group sales orders.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as requested.
