Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Miami Beach is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and process orders at the venue. You will adapt to guest needs, guide them to solutions, and record interactions to help improve the fan experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, clear verbal and written communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including assisting with sustainability

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications.
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.

Responsibilities

Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty and resolve concerns.
Adapt to customer needs and ensure actions meet expectations.
Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
Confer with customers to provide information, take orders, or obtain complaint details.
Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Participate in the venue's sustainability program and educate fans.
Assist with venue close-out duties and equipment handling after shows.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
