Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security Officer at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. The position focuses on maintaining safety for attendees, staff, and property with a professional security presence during events.

You will patrol, monitor access, assist guests, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services while upholding BEST’s standards and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional demeanor with strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Experience in event security or related fields is advantageous.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; possess or obtain a security license if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence per client and company standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and ensure attendee safety.
• Monitor access points, perform bag checks, and screening where required.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including medical events.
• Collaborate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Assist attendees with directions and information, delivering customer service.
• Report incidents to supervisors and document activities for leadership.
• Uphold company policies and security procedures during shifts.
