BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security Officer for Huntington Bank Stadium. This part-time role focuses on safety for attendees, staff, and property, with a professional presence and strong customer service during events.

You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and coordinate with event staff and emergency responders. Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand long hours. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is a plus.
• Physically able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hold a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to protect attendees and property.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor access points and perform bag checks and screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
• Coordinate with staff, law enforcement, and medical responders.
• Assist attendees with directions and information.
• Complete incident reports and submit to supervisors.
