Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking part-time Event Security personnel for BMO Stadium. The role involves bag checks, access control, and delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining safety during events.

Positions offer flexible scheduling and pay starting at $20.25 per hour. A California Guard Card may be required depending on local regulations. Join a energetic team and help ensure a great guest experience at every event.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; possible additional screening for driving.
• Able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry and traffic; verify wristbands or badges as needed.
• Screen guests at entry using bag searches, hand wand or metal detector and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and assets by monitoring for security breaches at key points.
• Respond quickly to crowd-control issues and escort unruly guests when required.
• Follow venue policies, procedures and regulations across different events.
• Provide directions and a positive guest experience at entrances and concourses.
