Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth seeks a COMSEC Manager to oversee receipt, transfer, accountability, safeguarding, and destruction of keying material in line with NSA policy. You will conduct inventories, troubleshooting for secure equipment, and COMSEC investigations, while applying KMI concepts and training staff.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS clearance with recent vetting, familiarity with COMSEC operations, and strong teamwork to coordinate across security

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with a recent investigation or Continuous Vetting within 5 years.
• Familiarization with COMSEC operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enforce proper receipt, transfer, accountability, safeguarding, and destruction of keying material/equipment per NSA policy.
• Conduct inventories, inspections, troubleshooting for secure equipment and classified keying material.
• Conduct COMSEC investigations and comply with security procedures.
• Possess basic knowledge in cryptographic techniques including KMI, crypto key generation and distribution.
• Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and equipment use.
• Perform courier duties for COMSEC material and equipment.
• Publicize and maintain security directives, policies and procedures.
• Approve and maintain information system security documents and reports to regulatory agencies.
• Assess and mitigate system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle.
