RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a COMSEC KMI Operating Account Manager (KOAM) to oversee COMSEC asset accountability on onsite programs. The role requires a University Degree with 5+ years experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years, U.S.

citizenship, and KMI certification, plus a Top Secret clearance. The position involves managing COMSEC materials, registrations, and training, with extensive interaction across production, engineering, and security teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• KMI training certification.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple programs in COMSEC asset production, manufacturing, and depot.
• Document accountability using KMI software.
• Fulfill DRM/DL1RA roles and COMSEC governance tasks.
• Perform KMI registration, initialization, and endorsements.
• Manage receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of COMSEC material.
• Process COMSEC shipments.
• Conduct inventories, validations, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Track supersession dates and draft tracer actions.
• Manage fill devices and perform software upgrades to ECUs and secure equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training to COMSEC team and staff.
