Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to ensure efficient operation of government programs and logistics support activities. This role includes cataloging, tracking shipments, and safeguarding COMSEC materials in support of DoD operations.

You will collate data, develop presentations, and brief program material to stakeholders. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in logistics or related field and at least 4 years in inventory management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management or related roles, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software such as ELMS, SAP, GOLDesp, DIAS, and SIMS.
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations; DoD NACI/TS security considerations preferred.
• Must be able to pass a DoD security process and related checks within given timeline.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for COMSEC inventories and safeguarding materials.
• Travel to Program Team conferences as required.
• Maintain accurate catalog entries for equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Generate reports and brief program material to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery and documentation of all logistics activities.
