Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to manage government program logistics, cataloging, tracking shipments, and stakeholder communications. The role includes safeguarding COMSEC materials as an Alternate Account Manager in support of DoD operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating COMSEC inventories, ensuring access controls, and shaping program reports. Travel may be required; strong data analysis and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, inventory analysis, or related roles, preferably in a 3PL environment
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems such as ELMS, SAP, GOLDesp, DIAS, and SIMS
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage cataloging, tracking shipments, and due-in items with accuracy
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to optimize workflow
• Oversee movement and delivery of materials (CONUS/OCONUS)
• Maintain records and track shipments to completion
• Ensure zero loss inventory accountability
• Prepare reports and brief program status
