Job summary

Calista and Subsidiaries seeks a Program Support Specialist to provide administrative support to technical staff, programs and customers, handling regulatory and analytical duties.

You will prepare project authorizations, memos, and data reconciliations, ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collect data for reports, manage inventory and materiel movements, and coordinate CONUS/OCONUS shipments to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field or 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
• Prepare program documents and correspondence ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Research, plan, analyze, and assemble technical and statistical information for briefings and reports.
• Collect and compile data for regular and ad hoc program reporting.
• Manage inventory, PPE configurations, and materiel movements.
• Monitor program plans, provide status reports, and capture lessons learned.
• Coordinate and track CONUS/OCONUS shipments.
• Maintain logistics data system records for materiel movements.
• Assist with materiel budgets and SOP updates.
